Wait till he is relaxed after work and will be receptive to you then simply make the offer of a cup of tea.  He will no doubt say yes, giving you the chance to slip upstairs, slip into your new sexy outfit and then bring him in the tea wearing it.

Just watch his face as he suddenly realises what you have done.
